Refund and Exchange Policy
Ticket Transfer/Refund Policy
Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable. Please email theboxoffice@echotheatercompany.com if you need to change your tickets to another performance time or list them under another name.

Health Policy
Masks are strongly recommended indoors.
Visitors who are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and fever or chills, or any other symptoms), or who have had contact with anyone confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19 should stay home. Visitors can rebook their visit for another day by emailing theboxoffice@echotheatercompany.com
Visitors displaying COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted to enter.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Echo Theater Company). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
