Ticket Transfer/Refund Policy
Tickets are transferrable with advanced notice but non-refundable. Please email theboxoffice@echotheatercompany.com if you need to change your tickets to another performance time or list them under another name.
Late Seating
Our audience services team will attempt to seat latecomers whenever possible. Please note that some shows, due to capacity or performance requirements, are not open to late seating. We strongly recommend you arrive at the theater at least fifteen minutes prior to the start time, as we cannot guarantee late seating to every show.
Health Policy
Visitors who are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and fever or chills, or any other symptoms), or who have had contact with anyone confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19 should stay home. Please see our ticket transfer policy about moving tickets if needed.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Echo Theater Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
